Vegetable Pulao: A quick and tidy pulao preparation. Cut some cauliflower, carrots, and beans. Add peas, corn, and lima beans. Most of the vegetables are the cut, frozen ones. To one cup of rice, add two cups of vegetables. Add some red chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder, and salt. Add water. Put to cook in a cooker. I used the electric rice cooker. With very little overhead, you can have this instead of plain rice.
I made some green moong dal as well. Time to eat.
